We would first start with giving you a free valuation, where we will advice you on the local market demand and recent sales of similar properties. We will also discuss the latest developments in the property market and give you complete explanation of anything relating to the selling process.

There are 2 different types of property valuations that will suit your requirements, and they are both free. These include:

  1. Valuation over the phone
  2. Valuation at the property

Choosing the right agent

It is wise that you as a vendor choose to appoint an estate agent who’ll not only value your home, but also offer you an exceptional value for its service.
There are two ways you can appoint an estate agent.

  1. Instructing a Sole Agent. This will mean that only one agent has the right to market and receive offers for a fixed period of time, and benefit from a Selling Fee which will be greatly lower
  2. Instructing a Multi Agency. This is when two or more agents are marketing and competing to sell your property. The fee on this type of arrangement is significantly higher, but so are the chances of achieving a higher offer from competing buyers

Open day marketing.

We believe this will maximise the marketing effect and encourage potential buyers to act quicker.
Any new property launch on Open Day should significantly increase the chances of a sale.
All planned open days will be notified to shortlisted buyers through our direct marketing system, usually via email & text alerts.
